We made it! Today was the last day of classes and as much as I enjoyed Shanghai, I cannot wait for finals to be over; I am more than excited to return to New York.
Yesterday, Wednesday, was my last day interning at David Laris Creates. I absolutely loved this internship and even though I committed a lot of my time to it, I do not regret taking this internship; I have learned so much and met many new wonderful people that I hope to keep in touch with after I go back to New York.
Last week, we had a David Laris Creates luncheon at Jade Garden with all of the David Laris Creates' staff from the office. Unsurprisingly, during lunch, employees couldn't help it but to talk about their work with each other.
Over the summer there will be two new interns, Florence Lung and Amy Chien and I have been preparing them for the internship. I am sure both of the will have a great experience, if not an even better experience than I did; they will be working full-time and so they'll have bigger projects to work on.
